Elite Performance Source (EPS) is rooted in founder Joe O’Hara’s lifelong commitment to service, community, and helping others succeed. Built on honor and driven by quality, we bring that same personal care to helping athletes, coaches, and organizations find professional-quality sports training equipment.
EPS is the first specialized store launched under James Arthur Group, LLC. It draws on Joe’s nearly 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer stewardship, event planning, and product promotion, alongside more than 40 years as a golfer and amateur baseball coach. His years of nonprofit service and support for veterans have also shaped the values behind our business: integrity, resilience, and a commitment to others.
